On every boot/reboot it takes 45 seconds to complete POST and the DRAM LED on the board is lit for the vast majority of the time. From completely off state ~15 sec to see BIOS string ~20 sec to see Blue windows logo with a spinner ~45 sec to see blue screen with a spinner ~70s finally the login screen.
